Hayes Locums is offering a Summer 2027 Sales Internship in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This paid, eight‑week program runs Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, for 20 hours per week, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

You will work alongside experienced Sales Consultants, gain real-world experience in consultative sales, and potentially advance to full-time opportunities after graduation. You'll learn the Hayes Locums sales process, build client relationships, and contribute to meaningful projects while

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation in 2027–2028.
• Strong interest in sales, recruiting, business development, or related path.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications.

Mansioni

• Assist Sales Consultants with administrative processes related to physician placement activities.
• Participate in outbound prospecting, including calls, messaging, and candidate outreach.
• Maintain and update CRM and internal systems with accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, recruiting, operations, and support teams to understand the sales cycle.
• Shadow high-performing consultants and leaders to learn successful sales strategies.
