KingRecruitingServices seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist to join our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team across the San Jose–Sacramento–Fresno region. You will drive enrollment by building relationships with community partners and guiding seniors into our programs.

This hybrid role offers medical coverage and a compensation package with base pay plus bonus, plus time off benefits. Ideal candidates have marketing or healthcare admin background and sales experience in senior care.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam within 30 days of hire.
• At least 1 year in sales/marketing, with healthcare or senior care experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or Athena is a plus.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:

Job requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at
• least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.
