Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist in the San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno region to drive enrollment by building relationships with community organizations and referral sources. The role blends marketing outreach with outreach and enrollment responsibilities, operating in a hybrid setup with a base salary plus bonus.

The ideal candidate will have a marketing or healthcare administration background, within a healthcare or senior care setting, and experience with CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role.
• At least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Athena, etc.

• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations g

Job requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at
• least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Compensation

$75,000 plus bonus
