Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment through outreach in San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno. You will build relationships with community partners, educate referral sources, and coordinate monthly marketing plans in a hybrid California environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration, DHCS training, and at least one year in sales/marketing within health care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales/marketing role in healthcare.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:
