Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in California seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment for San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno. You will lead outreach in communities, build partnerships with senior-focused organizations, and educate referral sources about services.

Role emphasizes relationship building, collaboration with community leaders, and strategic marketing plans. Hybrid work arrangement and a compensation package with base pay plus bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
