Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to join our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team in the San Jose–Sacramento–Fresno region. You will drive enrollment by building relationships with community partners and guiding prospective participants into the program.

The role offers medical, dental, vision coverage, 17 days PTO, and a compensation package with base pay plus bonus. Prior healthcare or senior care sales experience and familiarity with Salesforce or Athena

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales/marketing role with at least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Athena, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve monthly targets.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
