Job summary

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living in North Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Healthcare Sales Associate to guide residents through the admissions process. • Responds to inquiries (phone and walk-ins) about the community, reservations and admissions.
• Sets up appointments with the Health Care Sales Director and conducts sales tours.
• Manages move-ins, move-outs, and transfers across Continuing Care services.
• Coordinates with other departments on related processes.
• Verifies financial information and assists in the application process.
• Coordinates with General Services on room refurbishing, keys and work orders.
• Executes move-in related forms and notifies departments of vacated units.
• Oversees daily census distribution.
• Interfaces with hospital staff and referral sources as Continuing Care Sales representative.

Location: Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living Join us as a Healthcare Sales Associate.

In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, tours, and the sales process to admission. You will also oversee resident move-ins, move-outs, and transfers, acting as a liaison between departments and residents while ensuring confidentiality of resident information.

How you will make an impact

• Responds to customer inquiries (phone and walk-in), answering questions about the community, priority list, reservation process, and admissions process.
• Determines customer needs, assists in appointments with the Health Care Sales Director, and conducts sales appointments and tours.
• Manages all activities related to; move-ins, move-outs, and transfers within Continuing Care (Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care).
• Coordinates details relevant to these processes with other community departments.
• Verifies financial information for official documentation and assists customers in the application process
• Coordinates with General Services staff on room refurbishing, room keys, and work order process.
• Executes apartment releases and move-in advice forms for all residents and notifies departments of vacated units.
• Oversees daily census distribution process
• Serves as a representative for Continuing Care Sales when interfacing with hospital staff, physicians, and other professional referral sources.

Compensation

Compensation: Commensurate upon experience starting around $21.00 per hour.
