Job Description:We seek a high-performing sales and business development professional to actively develop brand awareness and cultivate relationships with referral sources in the metropolitan Atlanta area. As a primary representative, you will uphold our high standards while working collaboratively to achieve shared business objectives.

Professional Responsibilities:As a CSA Sales/Marketing Representative, your duties include developing and maintaining client referral sources, generating leads, converting prospects, and promoting CSA Homecare services. Utilize effective networking strategies to generate referral relationships.

Sales Expert Responsibilities:Present CSA Homecare programs and services to healthcare professionals and community organizations. Conduct research, participate in health and wellness fairs, attend community events, and collaborate with the marketing department to create persuasive materials. The responsibilities also include the following:

  • Managing Activities in Accordance with Established Salesperson KPIs
  • Community Engagement
  • Referral Source Development
  • Educational Workshops -- 3 P Presentations
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Feedback Collection
  • Data Tracking and Reporting

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Ability to travel around Metro Atlanta with reliable access to a personal vehicle.
  • Minimum of two years of salesperson and professional development experience.
  • Proficiency in working autonomously and as a remote team member.
  • Provide references and pass a background check.

Compensation:$50,000-$100,000k+ - includes salary & commission

  • Outstanding sales, professional development,communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-driven with business development goals.
  • Maintains a clean, professional image and demeanor.
  • High-quality customer service standards.
  • Knowledge of computer applications: Salesforce, Excel.
