Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in clinical healthcare preferred.
• Experience with CARF, DEA, Joint Commission, or CMS surveys as required by service line(s).

Responsibilities

• Assist Risk and Quality Directors in all areas of execution regarding the risk management program.
• Lead investigations following incidents, complaints, grievances.
• Coordinate incident data collection and analysis from all departments within the facility.
• Develop corrective action plans for regulatory vulnerability or patient safety concerns with facility leaders.
• Assist leadership with Quality Council, policies and procedure reviews, and safety committees.
