• Develops and monitors entity-specific risk management plans and goals.
• Provides consultative advice to senior management and clinicians on patient safety and risk issues.
• Performs data collection, evaluation, and reporting of risk management data to leadership.
• On-call and coordination with legal and compliance as needed.
