Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Five years of clinical experience or risk management experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred; Professional Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and coordinates risk management activities to identify, evaluate and treat risk exposures.
• Supports incident reporting, analyzes trends, and partners with medical/admin staff to reduce patient harm.
• Reviews adverse events and claims data to identify high-risk activities and departments.
• Creates reports and dashboards to help managers assess impact of risk practices on loss prevention.
• Leads investigations into adverse outcomes and coordinates with leadership to implement solutions.
