Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related field or equivalent combination of college coursework and administrative work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to interpret complex system reports.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the General Liability program and monitor daily reports via the Incident Reporting system to identify risk exposure and trends.
• Investigate potential injury claims and assist with management of Professional Liability claims and related processes.
• Prepare written summaries and reports for internal stakeholders and external contacts.
• Coordinate multiple assignments and projects with professionalism and timeliness.
