Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Experience in hospital charge setting and managed care contract modeling with ability to handle large data sets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools to enhance revenue and charge capture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support large-scale performance improvement initiatives with emphasis on revenue integrity.
• Contribute to engagements focused on price transparency, pricing strategy, payor contracting, charge capture optimization, and charge reconciliation.
• Quantify financial impact of findings and translate into actionable implementation plans; build financial models for pricing decisions.
• Manage and analyze large, complex data sets to uncover insights for engagement strategies.
• Translate data-driven findings into clear, actionable recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Develop deliverables including analytics, reports, and presentations that demonstrate value.
• Prepare materials for diverse stakeholders including C-suite executives and boards.
• Mentor junior team members with guidance and knowledge sharing.
