Responsibilities

• Support operational assessments and performance improvement initiatives for hospitals, clinics, and community health centers, including provider productivity analysis, compensation analysis, provider compensation plan design, service line analysis, staff productivity analysis, system throughput optimization, expense analysis, and organizational structure optimization.
• Analyze and interpret operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop reports, presentations, proposals, and other client deliverables to communicate findings and support engagement objectives.
• Coordinate project workplans, facilitate client communications, and support overall engagement management activities.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple healthcare consulting service lines to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Create meaningful data visualizations and dashboards that help clients make informed business decisions.
