Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Progressive experience in accounting, finance, healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing/coding, or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, payroll, treasury operations, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience with grants management and financial compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, claims processing, reimbursement, and revenue-cycle management.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting/analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting & General Ledger Management: manage the ledger, post journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Accounts Payable & Payroll: manage invoices, vendor records, payroll entries, and reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: prepare financial statements, variance analyses, budgets, and forecasting.
• Grants Management: monitor grants budgets, expenditures, and reporting.
• Treasury Management & Bank Reconciliation: monitor cash, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Billing & Coding: analyze revenue, billing accuracy, denials, and payer performance.
• Revenue Optimization & Financial Analysis: analyze pricing, reimbursement, and revenue-cycle efficiency.
