Vierra Communities is seeking a Business Office Manager in the Falls Church, VA area to oversee the financial and administrative operations of the healthcare office, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable. You will lead a team and ensure compliant revenue cycle management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in healthcare business office management or medical billing, proficiency with medical billing and EHR systems, and strong leadership and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/admin health field.
• 3+ years in healthcare business office management or medical billing.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and insurance claim processes.
• Proficiency with healthcare management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of the business office including billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Supervise and train office staff to maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service.
• Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure timely and accurate patient billing and insurance claims processing.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to comply with healthcare regulations and improve efficiency.
• Prepare financial reports, analyze revenue cycle performance, and recommend improvements.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve billing issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with external vendors, insurance companies, and auditors as needed.
• Monitor compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare laws and regulations.
