Summary: The Revenue Cycle Management Manager is responsible for accurate and timely billing and collection of accounts receivable, ensuring team compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The manager will provide training and development for direct reports. The ideal candidate is analytical, thorough, detail-oriented, and technical.

This is a remote position and we are seeking candidates who live in Pacific and Mountain time zones.

Pay Range: $78,000-$84,000/year (Based on experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Coordinate with RCM to establish workflows and strategic goals
• Lead, manage, mentor, and train billing and collection teams
• Design and implement process improvements to increase performance and minimize risk
• Review statistics and develop strategies for underperforming segments
• Ensure all accounts are worked timely and accurately
• Handle all aspects of accounts receivable follow-up and collections
• Document collection activities thoroughly and follow up promptly
• Handle a fast-paced environment with shifting demands
• Assist with audits
• Perform additional duties as needed

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, Denticon is a plus
• Minimum 5 years in billing and collections
• 5+ years supervisory experience
• Experience in dental billing or similar environment
