Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a skilled Business Office Manager to oversee revenue cycle management, including accounts payable/receivable, billing, and reporting. You will ensure accurate information in compliance with regulations while leading a team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, healthcare administration, or business management is preferred.
• High school diploma with at least five years of healthcare business office or billing experience is acceptable.
• Experience with accounts receivable, billing, and government reporting is valued.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable & Collections: bill, post payments, deposits, resolve disputes, track delinquencies, and coordinate with leadership.
• Medical Assistance Billing: assist with MA applications, reconcile invoices, respond to denied claims, explain benefits.
• Accounts Payable & Financial Records: process invoices, code, maintain GL, keep records per regulatory requirements.
• Financial Analysis & Operational Efficiency: analyze data, monitor goals, identify barriers, drive improvements.
• Staff Supervision, Training & Development: hire, train, supervise, evaluate staff with compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance & Customer Service: ensure confidentiality, quality, and strong service across facility.
