Qualifications

• 2+ years of business or IT support experience, ideally within a healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with Revenue Cycle functions such as scheduling, registration, HIM coding, billing, and patient accounting.
• Experience with revenue cycle systems including Soarian Financials and MedSeries 4.

Responsibilities

• Serve as application administrator for revenue cycle systems.
• Maintain system integrity, security, and performance.
• Provide outstanding technical support and customer service.
