Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Finance/Billing professional to manage diverse billing submissions across paper, electronic, and web portal channels. The role requires timely processing, denial review, and rebill submission, with cross-training for coverage and potential month-end support.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of healthcare billing experience, familiarity with Waystar, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least two years healthcare billing experience preferred.
• Strong/professional communication skills (email and phone).
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize demands.

Responsibilities

• Submit all billings: paper, electronic, and web portal.
• Follow billing schedule to ensure timely billing of claims.
• Review and maintain all denials in Waystar.
• Review and correct rejections within 24 hours in Waystar and portals.
• Submit claims for rebills within timely filing limits.
• Communicate denials to business managers and revenue cycle manager.
• Assist with month-end close as needed.
• Cross-train to ensure coverage.
• Review unbilled and no-charge reports daily/weekly and adjust as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
