Job summary

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years in hospital billing or data analytics is required, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

On-site training is provided. The role offers a base salary range of $46,664 to $72,250 per year, with a target annual bonus of 5%.

Responsibilities

• Work within client Patient Accounting system and use R1 software to research accounts.
• Review opportunities, evaluate reimbursement, decide if pursuit is needed.
• Document accounts to support appeals and resolutions.
• Diagnose underpayments and prevent recurrence for clients.
• Meet production, accuracy, and efficiency benchmarks.
