Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a Business Office Manager to oversee revenue cycle activities, including AR/AP, billing, and data reporting. This role ensures accurate information in line with regulations and organizational policies.

You will manage a team, support MA billing, and drive efficiency while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service for residents and families across Monarch's Minnesota facilities.

Formación

• Education & healthcare business experience: Associate degree preferred, or high school with 5+ years healthcare business office or billing experience.
• Technical & financial knowledge: AR, basic accounting, insurance and third-party billing, and computerized systems.
• Communication & functional ability: strong verbal and written communication, able to work with staff and management.
• Regulatory eligibility & preferred background: pass background checks; DHS or healthcare/assisted living experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accounts Receivable & Collections Management: bill, post payments, reconcile, track delinquencies and coordinate with leadership.
• Medical Assistance Billing & Support: assist with MA applications, reconcile invoices, respond to denied claims.
• Accounts Payable & Financial Records Control: code and submit invoices, maintain GL, and AP inquiries.
• Financial Analysis, Goal Setting & Operational Efficiency: analyze data, monitor goals, identify barriers and improvements.
• Staff Supervision, Training & Professional Development: hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff with Administrator oversight.
• Compliance, Customer Service & Professional Conduct: ensure regulatory compliance, confidentiality, and strong customer service.
