Sonic Healthcare USA, Inc is seeking a Revenue Financial Analyst in Austin, TX. This onsite role supports financial analysis, reimbursement optimization, and reporting across the revenue cycle. The candidate will collaborate with Corporate, Divisional, and Regional leaders to drive data‑driven decisions.

The role requires 2–3 years of healthcare finance experience, strong Excel and SQL skills, and proficiency with Power BI. 40 hours per week, benefits eligible, onsite at Austin.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of healthcare finance or revenue cycle analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH).
• Strong SQL for querying large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze payer contracts, reimbursements, and RCx performance.
• Develop financial models for managed care negotiations and reimbursement opportunities.
• Generate, validate, and distribute recurring financial and operational reports.
• Extract and interpret data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools; create dashboards.
• Present findings to Revenue Cycle leadership and stakeholders.
