Highmark Inc. is offering a Summer 2027 Reimbursement Analyst Undergraduate Internship to give students hands-on exposure to healthcare payer reimbursement, policy development, and provider payment methodologies.

Interns work with reimbursement professionals to understand impact on costs, provider relations, and business performance. You will gain experience across reimbursement operations, value-based initiatives, pricing and fee schedules, and collaboration with actuarial and healthcare

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide entry-level professional services under supervision.
• Participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills.
• Assist in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
