Gottlieb & Greenspan, a Connecticut-based law firm specializing in healthcare reimbursement litigation, seeks a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a high-volume caseload and practice in state and federal courts.

This position offers meaningful, high-impact work with no traditional billable-hour pressure. Requirements include a J.D., 3+ years of litigation, and CT admission; NJ/NY or CT federal court credentials are a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Licensed and in good standing in Connecticut.
• Preferred: licensed in NJ or NY; CT Federal Court admission is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Draft and file complaints and responsive pleadings
• Draft and argue dispositive motions
• Develop litigation strategy in reimbursement and coverage disputes
• Engage in settlements negotiations
• Appear in CT state and federal courts
• Collaborate on complex healthcare litigation matters
