UCI Health is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support accreditation, regulatory, and licensing efforts across the medical center. You will independently manage submissions to CDPH, TJC, and CMS, while evaluating compliance controls and advising staff on regulatory standards.

The role requires five years in quality or regulatory compliance in healthcare, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• CMS Conditions of Participation knowledge
• Federal and State (Titles 22 & 24) regulations knowledge
• Joint Commission accreditation standards knowledge
• Five years in quality/regulatory role in health care
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to work flexible hours and locations
• Experience presenting to staff and leadership

Responsabilités

• Coordinate accreditation, regulatory, and licensing activities.
• Submit documentation to CDPH, TJC, CMS.
• Review regulatory controls and programs for compliance.
• Develop regulatory policies with strategic perspective.
• Educate and consult hospital staff on compliance.
• Act as communication channel for compliance issues.
