Modivcare is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to coordinate external audits and information requests for Mobility and Personal Care Services. You will lead cross-functional teams to assemble records, perform data reviews, and prepare compliant responses under tight deadlines.

The role emphasizes project management, regulatory knowledge, and clear written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience responding to government or regulatory requests is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high-priority regulatory projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary coordinator and project lead for external audits and information requests.
• Intake, scope assessment, and workplan development for regulatory requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to obtain records and data across operations.
• Review retrieved data for completeness, accuracy, and relevance.
• Prepare response packages with schedules, timelines, and summaries.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with Legal on privilege or regulatory strategy.
