Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit practitioner and organizational Medicare and Medicaid enrollments.
• Track and coordinate Medicare and Medicaid revalidations.
• Initiate information requests for clients.
• Follow up on development requests from Medicare contractors.
• Send approvals to clients.
• Perform telehealth locality reviews.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and create task lists.
• Support Healthcare Regulatory department with various tasks.
• Ensure timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
