Qualifications

• Strong communicator with ability to engage professionals and build rapport.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple leads and records.
• Tech-savvy with LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
• Fast learner eager to develop expertise in healthcare staffing and sales.
• Driven and goal-oriented in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Discover and engage talent using job boards, social media, and networks.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and recruitment software to improve sourcing.
• Be the first point of contact; assess candidate qualifications and interest.
• Qualify and organize talent; maintain provider profiles in the CRM.
• Support the recruitment process with smooth handoffs and scheduling.
• Specialize in designated provider specialties and high-priority regions.
• Develop and manage a strong candidate pipeline to meet staffing needs.
• Contribute to performance goals by hitting daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.
