Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience.

• Preferred: experience running a full 360 desk across verticals (LOCUM TENENS, Travel Nursing, Allied Health).

Responsibilities

• Manage a full 360 recruitment desk, including both client acquisition and candidate placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers.
• Source, recruit, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals.
• Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship building.
• Negotiate bill rates, compensation packages, travel stipends, and placement terms.
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and client opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, compliance, and placement activities.
• Track recruiting metrics and consistently drive revenue growth.
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and entrepreneurial 360 Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for recruiters who thrive in a full-desk environment and are comfortable managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, placement, and account growth.

Recruiters will have the opportunity to work across multiple healthcare staffing verticals, including:

Locum Tenens (Physicians)

Travel Nursing

Allied Health

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full 360 recruitment desk, including both client acquisition and candidate placement

Qualifications
