Titan Medical Group is hiring Healthcare Recruiters to support its Sales teams from an in-office, Monday through Friday schedule in Omaha, Nebraska. This phone-based role qualifies healthcare travelers, matches them to open assignments, and guides candidates through interview, offer, compliance, and start so placements stay on track.

You will build new candidate leads, phone-qualify travelers, review fit by explaining pay packages, and coordinate with compliance, payroll, and housing to ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; 1–3 years in sales, recruiting, or customer service preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3–5 years in related roles.
• Excellent phone communication and ability to follow processes with good judgment.
• Self-motivated, able to work without scripts.

Responsibilities

• Qualify healthcare travelers by phone using resumes, licenses, certifications, skills checklists, and references.
• Build new candidate leads and move active candidates through the process.
• Match travelers to open jobs using the Database and submit applications.
• Explain pay packages and the practical fit for assignments.
• Support candidates through interviews, offers, compliance, and start dates.
• Stay in contact during assignments and address questions on pay, compliance, and contracts.
• Coordinate with compliance, payroll, and housing to ensure placements stay on track.
• Seek extensions, rebooks, and referrals.
• Work toward daily and weekly activity goals.
