Star Health is hiring an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to contact and screen candidates to determine if they meet the criteria for successful placement with a healthcare client. The Recruiter is expected to successfully fill positions by matching candidates to clients, thoroughly following through the process from prospecting to placement.

Responsibilities include:

• Speaking with a high number of candidates daily and quickly evaluating their qualifications for available jobs.
• Calling, emailing, and screening candidates, logging each activity.
• Providing candidates with job descriptions, presenting candidates to clients, scheduling interviews, and following up.
• Communicating regularly with both clients and candidates.
• Attending all scheduled meetings.
