Job Description:

Works with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings and open requisitions. Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Surfaces candidates and develops networks to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Pre-screens resumes and evaluates the effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools. Documents candidate evaluation and interview processes. Participates in activities around candidate selection, including requisition data management, job postings, candidate identification, and job offers.

General Job Duties:
  • Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates.
  • Identifies internal and external candidates for vacant positions, assesses job postings and employee referrals, screens resumes, and conducts interviews via phone, in person, or video conferencing.
  • Collects, processes, and maintains applicant data including interview recommendations and assessment results.
  • Delivers and negotiates job offers or rejections to candidates.
  • Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology and sourcing trends.
  • Exhibits professionalism, persistence, positivity, and a commission-driven personality.
Requirements:
  • Healthcare Recruiting experience a MUST – RN Recruitment experience a plus!
  • Works from a home office.
  • Able to work autonomously and exhibit self-discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and respond to questions.
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently and in a team.
