Job summary

Medical Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to serve as a trusted career advisor for healthcare professionals nationwide. You will build relationships, recruit clinicians, and grow your own candidate pipeline in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where success is rewarded.

No prior healthcare staffing experience is required; the role offers hands-on coaching, a Recruiter Academy, and ongoing development to help you build a successful career while delivering meaningful patient
