Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Healthcare Recruiter in Palm Desert, CA. This role includes paid training, mentorship, and growth opportunities to build a long-term career in recruitment.

You will develop recruitment strategies, source and screen candidates, and manage caregivers and field staff, while building strong relationships with clients and referral sources. The position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Salary: $71,768 per year ($50,000 base + $7,000 COLA) + $284 weekly commission (after training)

Location: Palm Desert, CA

• Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months): $25.00 per hour
• Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary +Weekly Commission+Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) of $7,000
