Job summary

Welltel, a fast-growing telehealth company, is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter in Freehold, NJ to own full-cycle hiring end-to-end for health care providers and administrative staff.

You will source, screen, and hire nurses practitioners, physician assistants, physicians, and operations roles, partnering with clinical leadership to define needs and build a robust pipeline. On-site work Monday through Friday with a competitive salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience with health care providers or clinical staff.
• Familiarity with provider licensure and credentialing.
• Ability to juggle multiple open roles at once.
• Strong communication and candidate-first approach.
• On-site work in Freehold, Monday–Friday.

About the Role

Welltel is a fast-growing telehealth company, and we're hiring a recruiter to help us grow. You'll own full-cycle hiring end to end, with a primary focus on health care providers — nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physicians — plus administrative and operations roles across the business.
