Job summary

Neko Health is expanding its real estate footprint across the Central United States. We’re seeking a driven, transaction-focused professional to own deal execution for healthcare retail clinics, from site selection to signed leases.

You will lead LOI negotiations, manage brokers and landlords, and drive builds in a fast-moving, startup-like environment. Based in the Central US with travel, you will work closely with Legal, Construction, Design, and Facilities, using GIS tools and lease platforms

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of real estate transaction experience, with healthcare/retail focus.
• Led end-to-end deals from site identification to signed lease.
• Excellent communication; able to interact with institutional landlords.
• Comfort in a startup, fast timelines and limited infrastructure.
• Self-starter with minimal need for a defined playbook.
• Familiarity with GIS tools and lease administration platforms.
• Willingness to use AI tools (Claude) in daily work.
• Based in the Central United States with travel to markets.

Responsibilities

• Own deal execution across Central markets: site selection, LOI negotiations, leases to execution.
• Manage broker relationships and timelines to match opening plans.
• Draft, negotiate, and revise LOIs; prepare Lease Approval Memos.
• Build landlord relationships with institutional and private owners.
• Coordinate with Legal, Construction, Design, and Facilities to move leases into buildout.
• Leverage GIS site selection platform and lease administration system.
• Collaborate with market analysis and deal support teams as needed.
