Job summary

Neko is expanding its healthcare clinics and seeks a real estate professional to own deal execution across the Central region. You will lead site selection, LOI negotiations, broker management, and drive leases to execution.

In a fast-growing team, you will collaborate with Legal, Construction, Design, and Facilities, use the GIS site selection platform, and report to the Director of Real Estate, US. Your work shapes the portfolio for years to come.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of real estate transaction experience in healthcare, wellness, or high-growth retail.
• Led end-to-end deals from site identification through LOI to signed lease in competitive markets.
• Thrives in startup environment with fast timelines and limited infrastructure.
• Self-starter who does not need a fully defined playbook to do great work.
• Strong communication skills; represent Neko professionally with institutional landlords and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to read and pressure-test lease terms, rent schedules, and deal economics.
• Familiarity with GIS tools and lease administration platforms; willingness to learn quickly.
• AI tools (Claude) used daily in work.
• Based in the Central United States with travel within markets.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management: identify, evaluate, and advance sites across Central markets.
• Transaction execution: lead deals from initial market entry through signed lease.
• LOI negotiation: draft, negotiate, and revise LOIs; end-to-end process.
• Deal approval memos: build and present LOIs with economics, risks, and recommendations.
• Landlord relationships: build and maintain relationships with institutional and private landlords.
• Broker coordination: manage tenant rep broker relationships across markets.
• Cross-functional coordination: work with Legal, Construction, Design, and Facilities.
• Platform adoption: use GIS site selection platform and lease system; contribute to rollout.
