Job summary

Legent Health is seeking a Vice President of Real Estate in Plano, Texas. This strategic leader will oversee the comprehensive real estate portfolio and all aspects of facility development, including acquisitions and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of experience in real estate, and proven leadership in healthcare facility management. Competitive salary and performance incentives offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive real-estate and facilities leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior or executive-level role.
• Experience in healthcare real estate or multi-site healthcare facility management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive real estate strategy.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of de novo facility builds.
• Manage compliance with applicable regulations and licensing requirements.
