Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the assigned department to align with objectives.
• Develops departmental goals and objectives supporting the strategic plan.
• Oversees staffing, performance management, scheduling, payroll, and student engagements.
• Monitors budgets, contracts, and vendor relations; justifies needs for supplies and equipment.
• Coordinates patient care services with patients and staff; may provide patient care when necessary.
• Fosters professional growth and integrates evidence-based practices into operations.
