Job summary

Asante in Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking a Quality Improvement Advisor II for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead data-driven performance improvement initiatives across service lines, partnering with clinical and operational leaders to translate data into actionable strategies for measurable outcomes.

The role requires experience in healthcare quality/regulatory domains, Lean methods, and nursing leadership.

Qualifications

3 years of healthcare regulatory, compliance, quality improvement, analytics, accreditation, infection prevention, or clinical operations experience.
Experience using data to drive measurable performance improvement with Lean or similar methodologies.
Knowledge of patient safety principles and high reliability.
Preferred progressive leadership and service line improvement experience.
Experience in value-based care or equity-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and support data-driven performance improvement initiatives aligned to priorities.
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to translate data into actionable strategies.
Embed accreditation and regulatory standards into improvement efforts within the QAPI framework.
Develop corrective action plans to sustain compliance and drive measurable outcomes.
