Job summary

Olympic Medical Center on the North Olympic Peninsula in Washington state is seeking a Quality Data and Project Coordinator to support data needs for healthcare quality, safety, patient experience, and performance improvement across the hospital, clinics, and home health system. The role also oversees non-technical administration of the Policy Library and SharePoint.

Requirements include an associate degree in information systems or healthcare-related field, plus 2+ years in healthcare data work

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Systems or healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ healthcare-related experience in data collection, analysis, reporting, and/or visualization, as well as performance improvement methods and systems analysis (education may be considered in lieu of experience)
• Experience in Project Management required
• Experience in organizational performance improvement preferred
• Experience in healthcare government payment programs and accreditation standards preferred

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare data needs for quality, safety, patient experience, and performance improvement for the hospital, clinics, and home health system; plus data required by regulation.
• Non-technical administration of the organization’s Policy Library and SharePoint site.
