Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years in healthcare quality, QA, compliance, or related field.
• Experience facilitating RCA methodologies and managing CAPA.
• Experience coordinating across multiple business units.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong documentation skills.
• Ability to interpret guidelines to determine non-compliance and corrective actions.

Aufgaben

• Lead CAPA and QIP plans and documentation.
• Partner with operational leaders to conduct root cause analyses and sustainable actions.
• Ensure actions assigned, documented, executed within timelines.
• Monitor progress and effectiveness of corrective actions with evidence.
• Analyze monitoring data to identify trends and systemic improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with OpEx to translate findings into processes and training.
