Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Healthcare Quality Engineer to drive QA across complex healthcare applications. You will lead testing efforts, build automation frameworks, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to support critical healthcare processes.

You will design and implement test automation using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and more, collaborate with product owners and developers, and ensure quality throughout the SDLC with agile practices and data-backed analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software quality engineering with manual and automation testing.
• Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies.
• Strong skills in API, database, and performance testing and in SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quality engineering activities including test strategy, planning, execution, defect management and release validation.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and execute automated and manual test cases across functional, integration, regression, API, and cross-browser testing.
