SAC Health in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a Purchasing Agent to manage the central supply and mail room operations, supporting standardization, cost reduction, and timely delivery of medical and office supplies across the facility.

The role requires accuracy in counting, familiarity with inventory systems, and the ability to generate reports. Candidates should have at least 2 years in purchasing or inventory management, a CA driver’s license, and a high school diploma (college work a plus).

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Some college coursework is a plus.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid California driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in purchasing, inventory management, or cost control; vendor contract negotiation experience.
• Technical/Mental: Basic math, budgeting, data analysis, and strong computer literacy; ability to write clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and maintenance of an efficient central supply chain process.
• Ensure orders are correct and billed to the finance department for payment.
• Develop procurement documents including estimates and purchase proposals.
• Maintain and audit inventory scanning systems and reports.
