Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross‑department initiatives within an integrated care setting. You will drive planning, execution, and sustainability of projects, reporting to the PMO Manager and partnering with clinical and administrative leaders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project management experience, with preference for PMP certification and healthcare program knowledge. This is an in‑office position based in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public health or related field.
• 3+ years in project management.
• 3+ years in program development and implementation.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading projects in healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of projects across departments.
• Guide teams to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage resources, risks, and financials aligned with quality control standards.
• Collaborate with executives to enculturate initiatives and drive strategic programs.
• Establish and maintain partnerships to address community needs and measure ROI.
