STV, Inc. in North Texas is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to join our Program Management and Construction Management team. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across clients, users, designers, and contractors for healthcare facilities.

The role focuses on delivering safe, compliant projects from planning through closeout, in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Houston/Austin/Dallas options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–8 years of healthcare construction, capital improvement, facilities, or program management experience.
• Experience in active or occupied healthcare environments preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare facilities planning, sequencing, project controls, documentation, and regulatory coordination.

• Plan and execute healthcare capital projects including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Coordinate design/construction with architects, engineers, contractors, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Maintain schedules, cost estimates, cash flow, risk logs, and progress reports.

• Support changes in scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and closeout materials.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety, and program practices.
• Partner with senior leadership, program controls, cost management, scheduling, procurement, and consultants.

Healthcare Project Manager - Program Management / Construction Management

STV is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to join our growing Program Management and Construction Management team in North Texas. This role may be based in Houston, Austin, or Dallas. This is an exciting opportunity for a project professional who wants to work on meaningful healthcare capital projects, partner with experienced industry leaders, and help clients bring complex facilities from early planning through construction and closeout.

In this role, you will help manage projects that directly affect how healthcare teams serve patients, families, and communities. You will coordinate with clients, user groups, design professionals, contractors, vendors, and internal program leadership to keep work aligned with scope, schedule, budget, safety, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. You will also gain exposure to the full project life cycle while contributing to collaborative teams focused on quality, accountability, and client service.

What You'll Do

• Support the planning and execution of healthcare capital projects, including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation.
• Coordinate design and construction activities with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, authorities having jurisdiction, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Help maintain project schedules, cost estimates, cash flow projections, risk logs, meeting records, action items, and progress reports.
• Facilitate client, user group, and project team meetings by preparing agendas, documenting decisions, tracking follow-ups, and keeping communication clear and timely.
• Monitor project progress and support the management of changes related to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), contractor submissions, and closeout materials.
• Support compliance with healthcare-specific standards, safety requirements, infection prevention and control protocols, client standards, and established program management practices.
• Partner with senior project leadership, program controls, cost management, scheduling, procurement, and consultant teams to help deliver projects successfully.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience supporting or managing healthcare construction, capital improvement, facilities, or program management projects.
• Experience working in active or occupied healthcare environments is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare facilities planning, construction sequencing, project controls, documentation, and regulatory coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management, cost, or scheduling software is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and follow-through skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the confidence to coordinate across multiple stakeholders while keeping projects moving forward.

Compensation Range:

$116,930.89 - $133,635.31
