Siho Insurance Group in Columbus, IN is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and closing of initiatives that improve services for members, employer groups, brokers, and providers. You will guide cross-functional teams, develop charters and plans, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, DOL and related regulations, while driving Six Sigma/lean improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience within the health insurance industry.
• Experience managing health plan operations, claims, eligibility, customer service, provider relations, or compliance.
• Experience with self-funded health plans, TPA, or employee benefits administration preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ERISA, IDOI, DOL, HIPAA regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Six Sigma/Lean Sigma background a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Define project charter and develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Delegate tasks, responsibilities, and target dates for projects.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project and project team.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, create meeting agendas, and meeting notes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and health insurance regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership.
• Partner with leadership and Operations Analyst to identify and pursue Six Sigma/Rapid Process Improvement projects.
