Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience, ideally within healthcare architecture or related industry.
• Proven experience in project management and client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client and project team interactions, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels both internally and externally.
• Define and assign project roles and responsibilities to ensure accountability and efficiency.
• Build and manage fully integrated project teams aligned with project goals.
• Understand client expectations, business objectives, and project requirements.
