Job summary
Gensler Healthcare in Florida seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex architecture and interior design projects in hospitals, outpatient facilities, and clinics. Based in Tampa or Miami, you will blend design excellence with technical rigor and strategic thinking to deliver functional, experientially rich environments.
You will guide collaborative teams, manage AHCA approvals, prepare proposals, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor junior staff while advancing sustainable design
Qualifications
- Experience leading architectural and planning projects for healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, etc.).
- Mentor architects and designers on large-scale projects.
- 15+ years total healthcare design experience, 10+ years in PM role.
Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare architecture and interior design projects from setup to construction administration.
- Manage AHCA communications and approvals for Florida projects.
- Develop proposals, contracts, and coordinate bidding processes.
- Monitor scheduling, budgets, staffing and client relations.
- Support sustainability and resilient design across projects.
